FitCapri Return Policy
Please read our Return/Refund policy thoroughly
At FitCapri, we want all our girls to be completely in love with their purchases! However, we understand that online shopping doesn't always go to plan, so these simple steps and tips are here to help.
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds of your purchase.
Standard Return Request, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
All items are fully inspected prior to shipment. However, should you receive a defective, or incorrect item, or simply want to return your item, please follow these steps within 2 days of receipt of that item to be eligible for a return and or refund of your purchase:
- Email info@FitCapri.com and indicate the type of return request (i.e. defective item, damaged in shipping) and ensure you include your full name, contact email that the product was ordered with, and FC order number.
- Receive the approved request via email from our returns department.
- Items must then be physically received within 7 days after approval by a FitCapri representative. Be sure to include your order number on the outside of the package and a note inside the box with the return reason.
- Items not received within 7 days of approval will be NOT be accepted, not returned and not credited, no exceptions.
- Please email the tracking number, along with your order number to info@FitCapri.com.
- Approved returns will be issued a store credit for the purchase price less any shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees.
Non-Returnable or Refundable Items
- Items that have been worn during a "trying out" process - i.e. items that have been worn during a work-out session, items that have been used during the course of a day of wear, hair accessories, lingerie/underclothes and intimate items, Deal of the Day items, Final Sale items, swimwear, jewelry, and handbags.
- When Discount Codes are applied.
- Items that have been tampered/altered including removal of tags.
- Items with makeup stains.
- Items with fragrance or cigarette smoke odor.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers.
- Newspapers or magazines.
- Sanitary items.
- Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
Refunds and Store Credits:
- Items returned outside the return period of 2 days within receipt of FitCapri Clothing MAY be granted either and exchange for an item of equal value in our store, or store credit.
- Exchanges and Store Credits are granted at the sole discretion of FItCapri. No exceptions.
Use of Store Credit
To utilize a store credit, enter the code provided once the return is processed at checkout. The store credit will automatically be deducted from your total purchase. If you do not use the entire store credit amount, the remaining funds will be saved to your FitCapri code for use with future purchases.
Store credits expire 120 days after the credit has been issued
Items purchased with or without store credit may only be returned for store credit. Please note that purchases and subsequent returns of items purchased with store credit will be limited to just two transactions, which includes the original transaction, and the return credit purchase transaction.
A restocking fee of 20% of the order total will be charged for any shipments that are returned to FitCapri due to an incorrect shipping address, customer refusal, merchandise returned defective, etc.
FitCapri Return Period Policy
You have 60 days from purchase to contact FitCapri for a return or exchange request of any kind. If 60 days have gone by since you made your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit, your item must be either lost in transit, or damaged upon arrival. Under no other circumstances will FitCapri refund the purchase price, including but not limited to sizing issues, or personal opinion of the item. If the item is damaged in transit, we require pictures of the damage in the original packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: FitCapri does not issue refunds for returned purchases outside the 2-day receipt of your purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Situations where only partial returns are granted
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition that has had the tags removed
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If your return is approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to a coupon code and sent to you via email.
Only regular priced items may be fully refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Damaged items (if applicable)
We only exchange or replace items if they are lost in transit or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at info@FitCapri.com and send your item to the specified address by FitCapri at your expense.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, shipping may take between 7-45 days. Please contact us for alternative shipping methods.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our Corporate Address. Under no circumstances will FitCapri be liable for any shipping costs to return items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
